S&P Global, based in Massachusetts, seeks a Loan Platforms Account Services specialist to manage day-to-day operations of the Syndicated Loan Market platform, ensuring data integrity and responsive client support.
You will handle onboarding, account and user setup, cross-platform integrations, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes; standard hours 9:00–17:30 ET.
The ClearPar Loan Operations division is seeking a professional with excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills located in the US to join our global Loan Platforms Account Services Team.
The Team:
ClearPar is the first fully operational provider of par and distressed loan closing and recordkeeping services for the syndicated loan market. Through a unique combination of experienced personnel and electronic processing, hardware, and software, ClearPar has built a single platform system to address market demands for efficient settlement of par loan closings. The Loan Platforms Account Services team is responsible for all account setups across multiple platforms and support of all users on our systems.
The Impact: The successful candidate will form a key part of the Loan Platforms team, responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our Syndicated Loan Market offering, and supporting internal and external clients.
The associate will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for all onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team. You will support clients and the business with operational duties and all account maintenance support functions ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities include reviewing onboarding documentation, creating and maintaining entity identifiers, user and trade accounts across multiple platforms, assisting clients on self-service functionalities, and maintaining knowledge of platform integrations.
Provide onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts across products, ensuring a smooth, quality‑controlled process. Adhere to internal procedures, processing deadlines, quality‑controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA standards. Proactively identify account and system issues, work seamlessly with internal partners and management on resolution, and capture user feedback for continuous improvement.
Work cross‑trained with neighboring divisions when needed, providing an agile workforce capable of handling issues and engaging joint clients.
Working hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm ET.

Compensation: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,559 to $60,000. Final base salary will be based on geographic location, experience, skill set, and certifications. The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits.
