Job summary

S&P Global, based in Massachusetts, seeks a Loan Platforms Account Services specialist to manage day-to-day operations of the Syndicated Loan Market platform, ensuring data integrity and responsive client support.

You will handle onboarding, account and user setup, cross-platform integrations, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes; standard hours 9:00–17:30 ET.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise.
• Organize and prioritize complex issues and projects to completion.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with internet-based applications.
• Think laterally, provide proper issue analyses, and question current processes.
• Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, with account setup across platforms.
• Perform data research and processing for loan platform operations.
• Maintain data integrity; assist clients on self-service features across platforms.
• Identify and resolve account and system issues with internal partners and management.
