We are working with an AV-rated civil litigation defense firm that is seeking experienced Associate Attorneys to join the team in Walnut Creek, CA! The firm works in a variety of practice areas including insurance defense, construction defect, premises liability, business litigation, and more.
The Associate will manage civil litigation matters from initial intake through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence.
