Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Associate in the Trading Services Product Development team to advance liquidity investment platform initiatives, focusing on off-balance-sheet products, money market fund sweeps, and client trading.

You will collaborate with Product Management and Technology to influence design, drive change, and improve client experience in a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires strong project delivery skills, risk awareness, and the ability to translate business needs

Qualifications

Direct cash and liquidity experience; knowledge of cash, liquidity products and services.
Working knowledge of trade settlement lifecycles and order management.
Experience driving change and delivering project outcomes.
Ability to review current processes and translate into clear requirements and documents.

Responsibilities

Serve as product expert for liquidity investment sweep offerings and T0 order management capabilities.
Deliver strategic Trading Services and Custody product solutions through full project life cycle.
Understand existing product capabilities and influence design for new opportunities.
Create detailed current and end-state process maps and requirements documents for stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project implementation and closure disciplines with Technology, Product, Banking, and Operations partners.
Escalate risks and issues to the Program Manager in a timely manner.
