Amcor is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to support a broad range of corporate matters from its Miramar, Florida office. The role involves advising on finance, HR, contracts, and governance, and requires the ability to identify legal risks and work with subsidiaries worldwide.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree (LLB/JD), is admitted to practice, and has 1–2+ years of legal and compliance experience in a top firm or in-house environment. US or UK qualification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a law degree with admission to practice and 1–2+ years of legal/compliance experience.
• Strong preference for US or UK-qualified solicitor.
• Experience supporting corporate matters across finance, HR, and commercial agreements.

Responsabilités

• Advise on corporate projects including tax, pensions, and treasury matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and banking documents.
• Manage subsidiary governance and legal entity compliance.
• Partner with HR on employment-related matters.
• Oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.
