Infosys Limited in Somerset, NJ is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up. You will work across platforms and partner with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience.

Qualified candidates have a Master’s degree and strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (any Major) - recent graduates or students who have graduated within the past 0–18 months
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up
• Source candidates through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and campus channels
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess basic skills, interest, and role alignment
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists; ensure timely scheduling and smooth candidate experience
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
• Support hiring initiatives including career events, group discussions, and engagement activities
• Partner with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and talent needs
• Ensure adherence to hiring processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements

We are seeking a motivated early-career talent to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Entry-Level Recruiter. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, pipeline development, interview coordination, stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet talent acquisition goals.
