Infosys is seeking an Associate Lead for its Global Immigration team in Richardson, TX. You will support day-to-day immigration operations, ensure timely case processing, maintain records, and prepare metrics and reports.

This beginner-level role offers a path to grow in global compliance and vendor coordination. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, tracking timelines, supporting audits, and maintaining SLAs while providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; foreign equivalent considered.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Location is Richardson, TX; commuting distance or relocation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support day-to-day immigration operations and ensure timely case processing per SLAs.
• Maintain accurate immigration records, trackers, and documentation for compliance and audits.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute operational reports and metrics on time.
• Coordinate with immigration vendors to track case progress and timelines.
• Facilitate information flow between employees, stakeholders, vendors, and the immigration team.
• Support case management activities leveraging knowledge of immigration processes.
• Provide operational support to achieve service delivery goals.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates.
• Execute performance management processes with data tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
