Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years analytical experience in sales/marketing/category leadership.
• Previous category advisor experience.
• Proficient with syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen) and Retail Link.
• Experience developing automated reporting tools and dashboards (PowerBI/Tableau/Spotfire).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automated category performance scorecards dashboards and BI tools.
• Advance space management automation capabilities to improve planogram activation.
• Analyze category data from multiple sources to build growth strategies.
• Develop actionable insights and initiatives for Walmart.
• Collaborate with Merchants, Planner, and Replenishment teams at Walmart.
• Deliver omni-channel category strategies leveraging internal and retailer data.
• Provide thought leadership on category trends and growth opportunities.
