Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute Joseph’s recipes for proteins, vegetables, starches, and other menu items.
• Maintain Joseph’s standards for product freshness and sanitation.
• Ensure all items are plated, packaged, and presented according to Joseph's quality and appearance standards.
• Replenish, rotate, and maintain products and display cases.
• Operate knives, ovens, stoves, grills, scales, wrapping machines, and other Kitchen equipment.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
