Associate Key Account Manager - Boston, MA

Join Noah Medical as an Associate Key Account Manager in Boston, MA. Our company is pioneering the future of medical robotics, focusing on early diagnosis and treatment across multiple indications. We seek talented engineers and industry professionals to join our innovative team, which includes experts from top healthcare companies like Intuitive, Stryker, Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific, and others.

Position Summary: As an Associate Key Account Manager, you will collaborate with a seasoned manager to develop a sales pipeline in your territory, primarily focusing on prospecting and engaging early-stage accounts to lay the groundwork for future sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting & Qualification: Conduct outreach via various channels, qualify leads, and set at least 10 meetings weekly with hospitals and clinics, adding 5+ new opportunities quarterly.
  2. Pipeline Development: Generate 20+ qualified opportunities annually, support regional sales goals, and collaborate on marketing campaigns.
  3. Clinical Validation Events: Coordinate physician events, secure physician participation, and support presentation and demo activities.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work with sales, clinical, and support teams to plan, identify expansion opportunities, and develop sales collateral.
  5. Professional Development: Engage in training, build product knowledge, and progress toward full Key Account Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; 1-3 years sales experience in healthcare or medical devices; proficiency with CRM tools; excellent communication skills; ability to travel up to 80% within Boston, MA; collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
