Job summary

Cresset is seeking an IT Specialist to maintain the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure in Denver, reporting to the IT Director. You will ensure reliable operations across on-premises and cloud environments and support staff with technical expertise.

Responsibilities include Windows Domain and Hosted Exchange, O365, Azure, onboarding, imaging, and on-call support. We offer a competitive benefits package and a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with TCP/IP and DNS.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience in Windows operating systems and Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services and support for Windows Domain, Hosted Exchange and O365.
• Support Azure-hosted cloud infrastructure and related services.
• Document maintenance for computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Deliver end-user support and resolve tickets promptly within SLAs.
• Assist in IT processes, onboarding, imaging, and on-call support.
