Job summary

Insight is seeking an Associate IT Service Technician for our Fort Worth, TX office. This on-site role requires counting and verifying parts, following lab procedures, and recording accurate order details. You will work in a fast-paced environment and follow ISO policies.

You will handle ERP listings, shipping labels, and order closeouts while maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to safety standards. Growth and a people-first culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of computer operating systems.
• Knowledge SAP preferred.
• Able to meet SLA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify/Count parts on pick lists before bench placement.
• Continuously check ERP to unpack orders.
• Follow work instructions to completion and sign off.
• Create and apply shipping labels to packaging.
• Close out orders with tracking information and notes in the system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety standards.

Understand and comply with all Insight ISO Policies and Procedures. Follow and sign off on work instructions once work effort is complete. Submit signed work instructions to their manager. Each person is accountable for meeting and\\or exceeding individual team goals. As an Associate Technician, you will get to:Verify/Count all parts and QTYs listed on each pick list order before placing on the bench.Continuously check ERP system to systematically unpack the order.Follow work instructions to completion.Notify their manager immediately of any non-conforming product and\\or discrepancies in work instructions.Responsible for shipping label creation and application to packaging.Close out orders by recording order tracking information and other pertinent information in the system.Maintain cleanliness of work area.Adhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting any unsafe conditionsNotify manager once work is complete to be assigned next tasks.Perform other duties as assigned.What we’re looking for:High School Education or equivalent.The ability to work in a high-volume production environmentMust have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skillsMust be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashionA basic understanding of computer operating systems.Must possess good problem-solving skillsKnowledge SAP preferredAbility to adhere to tight (SLA) Service Level Agreements.Willingness to learn on the go.Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
