Job summary

Insight in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Associate Technician for a fully onsite role in our Fort Worth office. The position involves handling lab orders, counting parts, and ensuring accurate packaging and labeling within a high-volume production setting.

You will follow SOPs, maintain clean work areas, and report any discrepancies while adhering to safety standards. The role offers opportunities to grow through hands-on learning and exposure to ERP and SAP workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Basic understanding of computer operating systems.
• Must possess good problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Willingness to learn on the go.

Responsibilities

• Verify/Count all parts and quantities listed on each pick list before bench placement.
• Continuously check ERP system to unpack the order.
• Follow work instructions to completion.
• Notify manager immediately of non-conforming products or discrepancies.
• Responsible for shipping label creation and labeling on packaging.
• Close out orders by recording tracking and other pertinent information in the system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Adhere to safety standards and report unsafe conditions.
• Notify manager when work is complete to receive next tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the role

Complete all lab ordersassignedwithin thenormalshiftschedule.Understand andcomply withallInsight ISOPoliciesandProcedures. Follow and sign off onwork instructionsonce work effort iscomplete. Submit signed work instructionsto their manager.Each person is accountable for meeting and\orexceeding individual team goals. As an Associate Technician, you will get to:

• High School Education or equivalent.
