TSR is seeking an Associate IT&S Project Manager to join the team in New Hyde Park, NY. The role supports planning and execution of IT&S projects, adhering to PLC processes, and documenting activities to meet program strategies.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project documentation, identifying interdependencies, and preparing meeting summaries for stakeholders, vendors, and IT staff. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 0-1 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience.
• Ability to produce clear project documentation and meeting summaries.
• Organization and attention to detail with adherence to established processes.
• Collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders and vendors.

Job Description

We are seeking an Associate IT&S Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support planning and execution of IT&S projects, adhere to established project lifecycle processes, and document project activities to meet organizational needs and program strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and archive all project documentation.
• Follow the PLC project process guidelines to complete IT&S projects.
• Document initiative interdependencies, constraints, advantages, and disadvantages to mitigate enterprise-wide cross-portfolio risks.
• Develop agendas and summarize strategic development meetings, due diligence findings, and oversight meetings for customers/clients, vendors, and IT staff.
