  • Rigorous analytical training, including advanced research, critical reasoning, writing, data analysis, presentation, and financial modeling skills, as well as a working knowledge of multiple investment strategies
  • Technical proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint; openness to adopting new tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research and data synthesis, with the ability to apply appropriate judgement in validating outputs and conclusions
  • A base-level understanding of business, legal, and accounting issues involved in the evaluation of alternative investments and knowledge and/or experience in capital markets also required
Core Skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor Investment Analysts and Interns within IMD
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple investment-related projects simultaneously
