Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, responsible for executing transactions, preparing new business presentations, and supporting client meetings. The role involves collaboration with analysts to develop pitch books and client materials, proactively identifying operational risks, and ensuring compliance with firm policies. The candidate will escalate risk issues promptly and maintain high standards of professional conduct.

What will you do?

1. Execute transactions, prepare presentations, and support meetings.
2. Collaborate with Analysts on pitch books and client materials.
3. Identify operational risks and control deficiencies proactively.
4. Review and adhere to firm policies related to your activities.
5. Escalate risk events and control issues to management and relevant functions promptly.

What do you need to succeed?

1. Bachelor's degree and MBA, MA, MS, or equivalent in finance or accounting.
2. At least one year of Investment Banking experience, with M&A experience preferred.
3. Strong understanding of capital markets and spreadsheet modeling.
4. Excellent analytical skills, with solid finance and accounting knowledge.
5. Motivated, able to manage conflicting priorities, and work independently and in teams.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. High ethical standards.
8. Series 79 & 63 licenses.
9. Values of collaboration, relationship building, integrity, and inclusiveness.
