Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in Riverview, FL to oversee store inventory and regulatory compliance. You will supervise staff, complete cycle counts, and perform system adjustments while ensuring a positive patient experience and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities include maintaining brand standards, resolving patient issues, and coordinating with the General Manager to meet store goals. This role requires cash handling experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Must have High School Diploma.
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
  • Must have prior cash handling experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
  • Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
  • Review and communicate company SOPs; ensure changes are conveyed to employees.
  • Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts in partnership with management.
  • Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes for adjustments; implement corrective actions.
  • Open/close procedures and basic supervision of staff.
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
  • Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
  • Maintain professional relationships with business partners and ensure confidentiality.

Job Title: Associate Inventory Manager

ROLESUMMARY

The Associate Inventory Manageris responsible forassistingthe GeneralManager/Assistant General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventorytracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperation of the store.This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliancewhile deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Monitorandmaintainstoreinventoryand ensure accuracy of inventory reporting

Ensure consistentregulatory compliancewith all state specificregulations

Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees

Conduct inventory audits and any cycle countsrequiredin partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager

Perform system adjustments asrequiredand conduct and/orparticipatein analysis of root cause for any adjustments. Help determine,initiate, and executesubsequentcorrective actions

Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff

and retail processes

Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising

Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations

Maintain professional working relationships with business partners

Maintainstrictconfidentialityandcompliance

Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

High School Diplomarequired

Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus

Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience

Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion

Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer, scanner, printer, etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices

Abilitytointeract with customers and team members respectfully and politely

ADDITIONALMINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

Mustpossessavaliddriver’slicenseand passaMVRbackground check (delivery locations only)

Mustbeabletopassalevel1andlevel2backgroundcheck

Mustbeatleast21yearsof age

Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies

Must be able to relate to and work withpatrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
