Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leading store personnel, tracking inventory, achieving KPIs, and ensuring daily store operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area.
  • Must have prior cash handling experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; uphold confidentiality and discretion.
  • Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members; operate equipment; follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
  • Review and ensure compliance with company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
  • Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager.
  • Perform system adjustments and root-cause analysis for adjustments; implement corrective actions.
  • Open/close procedures and supervise staff as key-holding supervisor.
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
  • Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
  • Maintain professional relationships with business partners.

Job Title: Associate Inventory Manager

Salary: $19.00 an hour

ROLESUMMARY

The Associate Inventory Manageris responsible forassistingthe GeneralManager/Assistant General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventorytracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperation of the store. This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliancewhile deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitorandmaintainstoreinventoryand ensure accuracy of inventory reporting

  • Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
  • Must be able to relate to and work withpatrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude
PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

  • Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces
  • Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public;observe/inspect details at varying ranges;operatecomputing devices
  • Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; positionself and/orobjects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)
  • Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids to perform all functions of the position
  • Occasionally required to remain in a seated position
WORKSCHEDULE

Up to40hoursweeklywithflexiblehoursdependingonstoreneeds.Mustbeavailabletoworkevenings,weekends,andholidays.
