Job summary

Vivrelle is seeking an Associate, Inventory to lead inbound merchandising operations for luxury goods. You will receive shipments, assist with 3rd-party authentication, create web-ready listings, and track items with RFID.

This role requires meticulous organization and a passion for premium fashion. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in inventory/logistics or premium retail, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and familiarity with inventory software.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in inventory, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or premium/luxury retail operations.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is essential; experience with inventory management software/ERPs/e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Attention to detail in logging serial numbers, conditions, and SKU attributes.
• Ability to lift/move and organize boxes/merchandise up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication; highly organized and proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Receiving: Unpack, inspect, and log high-value merchandise.
• Authentication & Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and use third-party authentication tools to verify items.
• Cataloging & Data Entry: Create SKU listings and write product descriptions and condition notes.
• Asset Tracking & Security: Tag inventory using RFID and tracking systems for real-time visibility.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams to surface issues.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Participate in cycle counts, stock audits, and physical reconciliation.
• Workspace Management: Maintain a secure, immaculate inventory processing area.
• Events & Special Projects: Support on-site inventory logistics for pop-ups and seasonal activations.

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous, proactiveAssociate, Inventory to lead key inbound merchandising operations. In this role, you will be the first line of touch for newly acquired luxury inventory—receiving shipments, facilitating 3rd-party authentication, generating web-ready listings, and managing RFID tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Receiving: Unpack, inspect, and log high-value luxury merchandise in a timely, organized manner.
• Authentication & Quality Control: Perform initial visual inspections and independently operate 3rd-party digital authentication hardware/software to verify every item, ensuring 100% catalog integrity before listing.
• Cataloging & Data Entry: Create detailed SKU listings and write accurate, enticing luxury product descriptions and condition notes for website upload.
• Asset Tracking & Security: Tag inventory using RFID and internal tracking systems to guarantee real-time stock visibility and security.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams to surface damage reports, inventory discrepancies, or operational bottlenecks promptly.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Participate in routine cycle counts, stock audits, and physical reconciliation.
• Workspace Management: Maintain a secure, immaculate, and highly organized inventory processing area.
• Events & Special Projects: Support operational execution and on-site inventory logistics for high-level initiatives on an ad-hoc basis, including pop-up shops, retail locations, seasonal activations, and selling events as needed.

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Experience: 1+ year in inventory, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or premium/luxury retail operations.
• System Savvy: Familiarity with Excel/Google sheets is essential. Experience with inventory management software, ERPs, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Luxury Product Awareness: Prior exposure to or a keen passion for luxury handbags, fine jewelry, and high fashion is strongly preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in capturing serial numbers, condition nuances, and SKU attributes.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, move, and organize boxes/merchandise up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods during receiving shifts.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive problem solver with strong verbal and written communication.
