Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Manager, Philanthropy Communications to shape and amplify the company’s philanthropy narrative across the U.S. and globally.

You will partner with philanthropy and corporate communications teams to craft compelling stories about education, health, community development, and sustainability. Based in West Los Angeles with a hybrid in-office Mon-Wed schedule and remote Thu-Fri, and up to 20% travel to California’s Central Valley, you’ll lead strategic plans, media

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional experience in communications or public relations.
• Experience in a nonprofit or philanthropic setting preferred.
• Spanish language ability strongly preferred (speaking, reading, writing).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PR tools (Cision, PR Newswire) and AP style.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to the Central Valley.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic philanthropy communications plans to raise visibility.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy and Corporate Communications teams; drive internal awareness.
• Produce press releases, remarks, presentations, talking points, and briefing documents.
• Manage content for CSR websites and assets for the Foundation’s initiatives.
• Identify earned media opportunities and speaking engagements for executives.
• Coordinate major philanthropic event planning and logistics.
• Develop assets for FIJI Water Foundation and related initiatives for U.S. and global audiences.
• Work cross-functionally with events, editorial, and legal teams to ensure alignment.
