Job summary

The Wonderful Company in Los Angeles seeks a Manager, Philanthropy Communications to lead external and internal communications strategies that advance our global philanthropy and CSR initiatives. You will partner with the philanthropy team to raise visibility of programs like Wonderful Neighbor and Wonderful Giving, and manage a range of assets for press and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in communications or public relations.
• Experience in a non-profit setting or philanthropic organization preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of AP style and standard PR tools.
• Ability to create engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content editing.
• Spanish language skills are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic communications plans for philanthropy and CSR initiatives.
• Liaise with Wonderful’s philanthropy team and communicate enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Produce press releases, remarks, presentations, talking points, and briefing documents.
• Manage content for csr.wonderful.com and the CSR Field Guide.
• Identify earned media placements and speaking opportunities.
• Coordinate event planning for major philanthropic announcements.
• Collaborate with Fiji and Wines/Mexico teams to promote initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with philanthropy, events, proofreading and legal teams.
