Responsibilities

• Captive Administration: support annual financial audits and reconciliations; manage captive finances per accounting standards.
• Risk Management: advise campus partners on risk management strategies and drive enterprise-wide risk awareness.
• Claims Management: support RMIS system, investigations, litigation coordination, insurer communications, and trend analysis.
• Commercial Insurance Program Management: assist renewal processes, develop risk finance solutions, and create dashboards to assess risk metrics.
• Miscellaneous: perform other duties as assigned.
