We are adding an Associate Instructional Designerto our growing Platform Construction division in Seattle, WA.
The Associate Instructional Designer will create effective learning solutions across multiple formats (eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning, etc.). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning and development, has strong attention to detail, and has experience in the field of instructional design. Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), the Associate Instructional Designer will develop content that meets the learning needs of employees and supports the company’s business objectives.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
