Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Engineer- Injection Molding to support development and design of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities. You will work under a manager and help qualify new equipment, perform site testing, and ensure compliance with company and government specs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering with 4–6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical device sector, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 4-6+ years of relevant engineering experience (without a BS)
• 0-2+ years’ engineering experience with BS Degree
• 0-1+ years’ experience with advanced degree
• Prior experience in Medical Device industry preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Excellent organizational skills required

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan and execute projects related to development and design of processes, equipment and facilities
• Assist with qualification of new equipment and vendor/site testing
• Prepare equipment specifications, SOPs, JSA, calibration and maintenance procedures
• Interface with other departments to clarify requirements and objectives
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
