The United Firm in Las Vegas is seeking an admitted attorney for an Associate Immigration Attorney role with strong growth opportunities in a premier firm. The successful candidate will report to the Sr.

Associate Attorney, manage a full caseload, interact with clients, and collaborate with the Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants. Responsibilities include explaining immigration concepts, handling removal proceedings, preparing diverse immigration applications, and coordinating

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of Immigration Law experience.
• Preferably bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a growing caseload.

Responsibilities

• Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions.
• Represent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings.
• Manage workload of cases.
• Visit and conduct intake with detained individuals.
• Prepare diverse immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based petitions.
• Review immigration applications/packets and make adjustments.
• Present to law enforcement, prosecutors, and community organizations on changes in immigration law.
• Meet with potential clients for strategic consultations and determine strategy.
• Develop strategy and prepare clients/witnesses for court/USCIS testimony.
• Provide legal analysis to determine case benefits.
• Prepare and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases.
