Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of Immigration Law Experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload and client interactions.
• Prepare and submit legal briefs for immigration cases.
• Represent clients in removal proceedings.
