Job summary

ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, is seeking an Associate II - Enterprise Support to connect with donors, volunteers, and supporters nationwide. You’ll handle phone, email, chat, text, and social media interactions to fuel the mission of saving children.

This role emphasizes bilingual communication, customer service excellence, and collaboration with teams to grow fundraising outcomes while maintaining a high standard of donor experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across platforms (phone, email, chat, text, social media).
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a mission-driven team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Description

At ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, every conversation has the power to change a life. As an Associate II - Enterprise Support, you'll be the voice and heart of St. Jude building meaningful relationships with donors, volunteers, and supporters across the country. Through phone, email, chat, text, and social media, you'll help fuel the mission of saving children's lives and finding cures for childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

This position will be from 11:30am - 8:00pm

• Spot Trends & Share Insights: Monitor feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape the future of donor engagement.

Job Requirements:
