Job summary

Turning Stone Enterprises is seeking a dependable HVAC Service Technician to install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems while ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment. The role requires strong technical knowledge, safety focus, and the ability to prioritize maintenance tasks within Facilities operations.

The position offers opportunities to work on diverse systems, with a $1,500 signing bonus and a second-shift option.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related HVAC experience is required.
• A High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma is required.
• A valid NYS driver’s license is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 41–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and installs basic HVAC equipment.
• Performs basic troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Demonstrates proper welding, brazing and soldering techniques.
• Demonstrates knowledge of HVAC equipment usage.
• Ensures safe operation of power tools.

What You Will Do As An HVAC Service Technician

• Repairs and installs basic HVAC equipment.
• Performs basic troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Demonstrates proper techniques in welding, brazing and soldering.
• Demonstrates knowledge with regards to use of all types of HVAC equipment.
• Consistently demonstrates concern for safe operation of power tools.

Work Experience

To be successful as an HVAC Service Technician, you'll need:
