Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Associate Project Manager to coordinate and deliver multiple HVAC-focused projects in the Dallas, TX area within Siemens Smart Buildings. The role involves budget tracking, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and hands-on HVAC controls experience, with knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet.

Qualifications

• HVAC controls industry knowledge and experience.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical/network/controls wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to establish project intent.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate with the project team.
• Manage requisition of supplies and materials for projects.
• Assist Operations Manager in subcontractor solicitation and contracting.
• Coordinate project billing with Accounting and Operations Manager.
• Document project events affecting schedule, scope, or efficiency.
• Close-out project documentation and ensure safety policies are followed.
