The role supports employee relations, HR program rollout, performance management, and collaboration across HR disciplines to drive organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in employee relations issues and questions.
• Rollout and maintenance of HR programs and practices.
• Support organizational change initiatives and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to pay philosophy and related processes.
• Partner with HR functions to streamline processes and collaboration.
• Conduct exit interviews and employee relation investigations.
