Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an insightful HR Associate Manager (Programs) to lead HR projects from initiation to closeout with cross-functional teams and vendors. You will define scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics to ensure on-scope, on-budget execution.

The role requires a minimum of five years HR or project experience, plus a bachelor’s degree in Business or HR. A PM certification or PHR/SPHR is preferred; a Food Handler's Card must be obtained within 30 days of

Responsibilities

  • Manages HR projects and program workstreams from initiation through closeout with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and success measures.
  • Partners with SCHR leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and maintain alignment.
  • Maintains project governance: plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes; escalates concerns as needed.
  • Supports implementation and adoption of HR programs, systems and processes through change planning, communications, training, and readiness activities.
  • Tracks performance using established metrics and reports status, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Summary of Job Description:The Human Resources Associate Manager (Programs) plans, manages, and executes HR projects to ensure timely, on-scope, and budget-conscious delivery. This role partners with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to implement strategic initiatives, including policy rollouts, HRIS upgrades, talent management programs, and organizational change efforts.
