Workforce Solutions & MBE CPAs is seeking an HR professional ready to move beyond administrative tasks into a strategic, client-facing consultant role. You will support a variety of clients across industries, learning from experienced HR consultants while expanding your expertise.

Based in Baraboo, WI, this role offers hands-on experience in HR lifecycle management, compliance, recruiting, and HR technology, with clear pathways to HR Consultant or HR Business Partner as you grow.

Qualifications

Location & Schedule

This position is based in our Baraboo, Wisconsin office. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, we believe flexibility matters and support our employees' personal commitments and family priorities.
