YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ASSOCIATE HOSPITALITY RENOVATION PROJECT MANAGER

Your day as an Associate Hospitality Renovation Project Manager involves collaboration and problem-solving. You will review project schedules, monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide updates to ensure financials are in order. Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers, participating in progress meetings, reviewing plans for compliance, and conducting site visits are key parts of your role. You will work closely with your team to address challenges and foster strong relationships with clients and partners, contributing to the seamless progress of hospitality renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in a construction-related role
• Procore experience
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of project documentation and administration (a plus)
