Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking an Associate Healthcare Director to assist in leading health and wellness programs for residents and to ensure efficient operation of the resident care department. You will mentor nursing staff, oversee the medication management program, and collaborate with physicians and other providers to promote coordinated care.

Strong nursing credentials and dementia care experience are preferred, with flexible scheduling and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current valid RN or LPN license in the state where the community is located.
• Experience caring for geriatrics and dementia preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities.
• Supervise medication technicians and nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
• Lead training and skill validation for med techs and aides; conduct audits for safety in medication administration.
