Job summary

Paylocity, a cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to support small business clients by configuring solutions to meet their needs. This 100% in-office role is based at our Meridian, ID location, with no remote option, and requires detailed needs analysis, data conversion, and hands-on support as clients transition to our Client Services team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Customer Service or customer-facing role.
• 1+ years of HCM implementation experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; able to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct needs analysis and tailor system setups to improve efficiency.
• Assist with data migration, data mapping, and data validation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements for HR/Payroll functions.
• Review configurations to ensure optimal utilization of system capabilities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
