Weber Gallagher in Pennsylvania seeks a Senior Associate Attorney or Partner to join the General Liability/Medical Malpractice group in Scranton and other PA offices. This role handles defense litigation matters with potential leadership responsibility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of defense litigation experience, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and a PA active bar license. Strong research, writing and analytical skills are essential, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ability to travel for court, client meetings, etc.
• Ability to work on-site in any of our Pennsylvania offices - Scranton, King of Prussia, Philadelphia or Pittsburgh.

The individual will be responsible for handling a wide range of general liability, defense litigation matters. This position can be resident in any of our Pennsylvania offices - Scranton, King of Prussia, Philadelphia or Pittsburgh.
