Base Power, a next-generation power company, seeks an Associate General Counsel to join a lean legal team and shape the function with a principal focus on transactional support across the business.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to negotiate supplier agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and other contracts, while supporting fundraising, tax equity, and project financings to drive growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of legal experience with a strong transactional focus.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-growing business.
• Excellent ability to distill complex legal concepts into practical advice.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and speed.
• Passion for innovation and contributing to a resilient grid.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close partnership deals, vendor agreements, and real estate and facility leases.
• Lead the review and negotiation of commercial contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and other business agreements.
• Develop company-wide practices and standards mitigating cyber, employment, labor, and consumer risk.
• Build scalable legal frameworks enabling fast business growth with minimal friction.
• Provide legal support across corporate transactions, including fundraising, tax equity, and project financings.
