The Associate General Counsel, reporting to the Vice President, Legal Services, IU Health Medical Group, will primarily provide legal support to the IU Health Medical Group. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing employment agreements, personal service agreements, and other contracts, as well as advising business leaders on matters involving employed providers (both physicians and APPs). Experience with Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws is required.
The ideal candidate will represent and advise on all corporate legal matters, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including IRS, HIPAA, Stark, and Fraud and Abuse statutes and regulations.
