Ladders is seeking an Associate General Counsel II to lead complex corporate matters in a fast-paced consumer-facing environment. This remote role provides senior legal guidance, risk assessment, and strategic advice to leadership to inform decisions.

You will also support department effectiveness by strengthening processes, contributing to strategic planning, and serving as a trusted resource to internal stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Active bar membership in a State Bar authorized to represent the company.
• Experience conducting complex legal analysis across multiple business areas.
• Ability to provide high-level legal advice with deep understanding of business operations.
• Expertise in multiple legal specialties including litigation and compliance.
• Experience in project planning and management.
• Strong drafting skills for strategic documents for senior management.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate General Counsel II to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will provide senior legal guidance across a range of complex corporate matters in a fast-paced consumer-facing environment. The ideal candidate will bring broad legal expertise, sound business judgment, and the ability to advise leadership on risk, strategy, and operational decisions. You will also support department effectiveness by strengthening processes, contributing to strategic planning, and serving as a trusted resource to internal stakeholders.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $159,910 – $191,880 annually

Responsibilities
