Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience in regulated fintech environments.
• Strong background in payments regulation and digital assets.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex product and licensing agreements.
• In-house experience at a fintech or digital asset company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to product, engineering, and senior leadership across global markets.
• Advise on regulatory readiness, go-to-market plans, and jurisdictional expansion.
• Draft, review, and maintain product terms, disclosures, and customer-facing docs.
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and consumer protection requirements.
• Monitor global regulatory developments and translate them into business guidance.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams to scale products.
