Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience with regulated financial technology companies.
• In-house experience at a fintech or digital asset company.
• Familiarity with global corporate governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to product teams.
• Identify regulatory considerations affecting product design.
• Draft and maintain global product terms and customer-facing legal documentation.
