The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, at least 10 years of legal experience, and familiarity with payments regulation and digital asset custody. You'll play a crucial role in product strategy and regulatory guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to the NY bar.
• 10+ years of legal experience focusing on regulated financial technology.
• In-house experience at a fintech or digital asset company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to product teams for new products.
• Identify and advise on regulatory considerations affecting product design.
• Draft and maintain global product terms and customer-facing legal documentation.
