Job summary

You will partner with IT, product, and business teams, review contracts, and help manage regulatory changes while providing timely counsel and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice.
• 5+ years handling privacy and data use issues in healthcare setting.
• Experience in the technology sector preferred.
• No visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on data rights, use, privacy protection, information security, procurement, and consumer-facing apps.
• Negotiate client contracts and offshore operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting data rights, security, and privacy laws to counsel business units.
• Support incident response with Privacy and Information Security Teams.
• Advise on compliant use of website tracking technologies.
