Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in UT, ID, NV, CA, AZ or WY.
• At least five years of legal experience in private practice or in-house.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; exposure to construction/real estate a plus.
• Knowledge of employment law and OSHA/industrial safety.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to the company and affiliates on a broad range of matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and transactional agreements (customer sales, vendor, leases, NDAs).
• Coordinate with outside counsel and manage budgets and work product.
• Support HR on employment law matters and wage/hour questions.
• Assist in managing worker’s compensation and third-party claims.
• Research regulatory changes and potential litigation; inform GC and management.
