Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal seeks Virginia licensed attorneys for a contract-to-hire Associate General Counsel position with a notable trade association based in Arlington, VA. The role is fully onsite 5 days a week at the office.

Qualified candidates will review and draft complex agreements, including contracts, licensing agreements, NDAs and trademark filings, and will prepare and file federal and state lobbying documents. Experience editing meeting agendas/minutes is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in Virginia.
• Experience reviewing contracts, including licensing agreements, NDAs, and trademark filings.
• Experience reviewing and editing meeting agendas and minutes.
• Experience preparing and filing federal and state lobbying documents.
• Prior experience within a 501(c)(6)organization preferred, but not required.
