Job summary

Meta is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Commercial within the AI Partnerships Legal group in New York. You will lead complex AI technology transactions, distribute models through cloud providers, negotiate licensing, and advise on data rights and enterprise deals.

You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, policy, and BD to move fast in a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, while protecting Meta's interests and adhering to responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience in technology transactions or partnerships.
• Experience structuring and negotiating cloud, SaaS, or platform agreements.
• Ability to manage priorities and drive deals to close with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate distribution agreements for AI model deployment across CSPs and ecosystems.
• Advise on large-scale AI commercial transactions and partnerships.
• Provide data licensing guidance for model training and product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable fast commercial activity.
