Talently, a growing industrial materials company, seeks a senior in-house counsel in Washington DC to guide legal strategy across construction, financing, and commercial transactions. You will provide strategic legal counsel and help shape compliance programs while partnering with leadership.

The role requires a JD and active bar, 5+ years drafting complex contracts, and strong governance experience; you will manage multiple projects and coordinate with external counsel as the company grows.

Qualifications

• JD degree required and active bar membership.
• 5+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience supporting heavy industry, energy, or asset-intensive businesses.
• Strong governance experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex legal projects concurrently.
