Job summary

This role tracks shipment status, maintains vendor records, communicates with internal and external partners, and assists with process improvements and compliance. The position is essential for ensuring efficient logistics operations and timely delivery of goods.What you will be doingAssist with scheduling and coordinating shipments, including preparing basic documentation for inbound and outbound goods.Track and update shipment status, notify relevant parties of delays, and help resolve routine transportation issues.Maintain vendor and carrier records, including updating contracts, rates, and auditing billing details for accuracy.Communicate with internal teams and external partners to provide shipment updates and support logistics meetings.Support continuous improvement by following standard processes and assisting with import/export compliance as needed.Ongoing analysis of industry and operational data providing continuous improvement opportunities.Basic Requirements:Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 2 years of experience in customer compliance and/or logistics.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.In lieu of degree, 4+ years of experience in customer compliance and/or logistics.In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent. Resident Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.
