Job summary

Guardian Storage Development I in Pleasant Hills, PA seeks an Associate Flex Manager who travels to multiple locations in the Pittsburgh area to oversee store operations.

In this role you will grow revenue and occupancy, manage daily facility activities, learn the self-storage industry, and deliver excellent customer service while coordinating with maintenance and local partners. A proactive, tech-savvy team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Assist in the growth and ultimate performance of the store by maximizing revenue and occupancy.
• Develop a working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and company specific products.
• Handle customer sales, inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Market the store by use of customer referrals, local businesses and community involvement.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Personnel.

• At least 2 years of sales or management experience
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Expert problem solving skillsi>li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the assigned area

Salary Information

$19.5 - $21Hourly Wage
