Guardian Storage in the Pittsburgh area seeks an Associate Flex Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations, with travel as assigned. This role emphasizes customer service excellence, staff leadership, and operational efficiency.

You will develop knowledge of the self-storage industry, drive revenue and occupancy, and uphold Guardian Storage’s values while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales or management experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Expert problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Assist in growth and occupancy revenue for the store.
• Develop working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and products.
• Handle customer sales, inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Market the store via referrals, local businesses and community involvement.
• Maintain the property condition with Maintenance Personnel.

Associate Flex Manager - Must be available to travel to multiple locations throughout the Pittsburgh area, as assigned.

Job Duties Include

• Maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Personnel
